Day of Mindfulness Practice

A day of mindfulness practice can bring about deepened meditation, heightened awareness and greater peace of mind.  Join us for a day full of different ways to be present to life as it is, fully appreciating each moment as we do sitting, lying, walking, eating and other meditation exercises.  Some prior experience of sitting meditation is recommended.

Class Times:
9:00 am – 4:00 pm
